We will gladly price match any of our competitors advertised prices on the brands we carry. Just ask! In the unlikely event that we can not match a price, and you decide to purchase the item from us, we will issue a store credit for the difference.
Now the rules:
1. The item can not be listed for sale on an online auction such as eBay.
2. The item can not be closed out, discontinued, or clearanced (some exceptions may apply).
3. The advertised price must be shown in a current ad.
4. The item need not be in our stock, but it must be in stock with the vendor, and readily available from them.
5. Price match only applies to items purchased in our store, not from our web site.
6. Repair parts, paints, and adhesives are not included.
7. Some exceptions may apply.
8. Sales tax is not included in the price match.

We do not provide refunds for merchandise. We will accept merchandise for store credit, provided the merchandise is unused, and in salable condition. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced with a like item, or store credit will be issued. Under certain circumstances, a refund may be granted, however a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We are more than happy to place special orders. Special orders include any item(s) we do not typically stock. Depending on the item(s), we require a 25% deposit. Repair parts require payment in full before the order is placed. Special order deposits, and repair parts orders are non-refundable. We will do our best to provide a tentative arrival date when the order is placed, and strive to get the item(s) in stock as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that production and availability issues are out of our control.

• If 30 days have passed, and you have not heard from us, please call, as we may not have been able to reach you.
• Please note that some repairs are extremely involved, and may take significantly longer than 30 days to complete.
• Once your repair has been completed, we will notify you.
• If your repair has not been picked up within 15 days of our first notice, we will notify you a second time.
• If you repair has not been picked up within 15 days of the second notice, we will begin to charge a storage fee of $2 per day.
• Once the storage fee, added to the cost of the repair approaches the fair market value of the item (items), we reserve the right to liquidate the item (items) to recoup our costs.
• Please refrain from calling to check on the status of your repair if we have not had it for more than 30 days.
